Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in product management or business analysis with a strong analytical background.
• Experience working with designers and software engineers on digital products.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Adobe Analytics or similar).
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple streams of work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial business-technology liaison to triage features and requests.
• Elicit requirements, understand stakeholder needs and business impact.
• Assess architectural impact with the tech team and platform owners.
• Support Agile planning and prioritization decisions with Product Owner input.
• Document business problems, use cases, and current/target state processes.
• Collaborate with QA to drive end-to-end testing across channels.
• Coordinate releases and contribute to multi-year roadmaps.
• Develop knowledge of the current platform and help define the target state.
• Contribute to defining OKRs with cross-functional leaders and metrics.
• Analyze data to support experimentation and measure key results.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cross-team collaboration.
