Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Digital Banking Product Manager – AVP to lead product features for our digital platforms in New York. You will own the backlog, define requirements, and collaborate with designers, engineers, risk and business partners to deliver market-ready banking experiences.

You will design and refine product strategy, validate ideas with users, and drive adoption metrics while operating in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications

3+ years of Banking and/or Software Development.
Experience in consumer technology, banking, wealth management and/or top tier consulting with a focus on digital strategy is a plus.
Understanding of banking deposit products, systems, and latest trends.

Responsibilities

Own digital agile team responsibilities for bank product features and experiences.
Lead digital strategy and design innovative banking products with competitive advantages.
Define and write requirements / user stories with tech, operations and business partners.
Engage in end-user research and use data analysis to inform requirements and wireframe design.
Design testing strategies, conduct end-user testing and supervise test plans.
Present findings and adoption metrics to executives and stakeholders.
Work in Agile Scrum with shared ownership and accountability.
