Job summary

Santander seeks an Associate, Product Management to drive digital product initiatives, partnering with stakeholders and Agile teams to define and execute roadmaps. You will own backlog prioritization, define epics and user stories, and guide release readiness to deliver customer-centric solutions.

You will collaborate with engineering, risk, compliance, marketing, and client services to ensure alignment with business goals. CSPO/PSPO/SAFe certs preferred; base pay range posted.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience as a Product Owner in Agile Scrum and/or SAFe environments.
• Experience managing product backlogs and maximizing value through iterative development.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe).
• Experience eliciting requirements and translating business needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience supporting API integrations, backend services, and digital initiatives.
• Experience leading Agile teams delivering customer-facing web apps and portals.
• Experience participating in UAT, release validation, and QA activities.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven prioritization.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, GitLab.
• Experience with Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, burnup, throughput, roadmap health).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including executive-level presentations.

• Collaborates with engineering on API integrations and platform modernization.

• Creates product demonstrations and presentations for leadership and customers.
• Builds partnerships across business and technology teams for delivery and growth.
