You will partner with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver value through data analytics, workflow optimization, and technology across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 0-3 years of experience in Product Management or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Support product managers in prioritizing enhancements and new capabilities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and QA throughout development.
• Maintain product backlogs and ensure requirements are documented.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and delivery activities.
• Gather customer feedback through interviews, demos, surveys, and discovery sessions.
• Research market trends and identify opportunities to improve user experiences.
