Job summary

IDeaS is hiring an Associate Product Manager - Commercial Capabilities to help develop and deliver capabilities within the IDeaS commercial platform. You will work with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to improve performance for hospitality clients through data, analytics, and workflow optimization.

This is an entry-level product management role designed for growth, with exposure to product strategy, customer discovery, agile development, and commercialization from concept to market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in Product Management or related areas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Shap e and prioritize product enhancements and new capabilities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and QA throughout development lifecycle.
• Maintain backlogs and ensure clear documentation of requirements.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and delivery activities.
