Job summary

FourKites is hiring an Associate Product Manager for the OTR & Core Visibility team. You will own meaningful product outcomes from day one, work hands-on with data, engage directly with enterprise customers, and partner with engineering and design to ship features that move adoption and customer experience.

You’ll sit at the intersection of supply chain operations and modern software product development, requiring empathy for freight movement and analytical rigor to translate that into product

Qualifications

• 3+ years developing deep expertise in a specific supply chain or logistics domain (e.g., truckload, last-mile, ocean freight).
• Experience with truckload transportation, freight visibility, or carrier/shipper operations.
• Experience collaborating with distributed or offshore engineering teams across time zones.
• Comfort working hands-on with data: SQL proficiency and familiarity with analytics tools.
• Strong customer engagement skills; ability to translate qualitative feedback into crisp requirements.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) to accelerate PM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own product outcomes for OTR visibility; work with data, engage enterprise customers, and partner with engineering and design.
• Track feature adoption, engagement, and retention KPIs; identify adoption gaps and backlogs; support roadmap planning.
• Work with analytics platforms (Pendo, Mixpanel); write SQL queries and build dashboards to track adoption trends.
• Participate in customer onboarding, discovery sessions, and surface systemic product gaps; champion voice of customer.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design through scoping, development, and post-launch monitoring; support go-to-market materials.
