Filevine, a Legal AI company, seeks an Associate Product Manager to shape feature-level execution of AI tools and platform initiatives. You’ll work with Senior PMs, Engineering, UX, and Customer Success to translate legal workflows and real-time AI insights into practical product features.

You will write user stories, collaborate on LOIS-powered capabilities such as automated deposition summaries, and help with backlog grooming and UAT to ensure high-quality releases.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of software product management, APM roles, or related positions in SaaS.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (business, CS, IS, engineering).
• Interest in legal tech, generative AI, or complex workflow automation.
• Solid working knowledge of Agile/Scrum software development lifecycles and backlog tools (e.g., Jira).
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to translate business needs into technical docs.
