  • This role sits at the intersection of execution and growth - comfortable independently handling well-defined product work, and building toward more ambiguous, higher-complexity problems with guidance. You’ll work daily with Engineering, Product Design, and Site Operations to ship high-quality customer experiences
  • Maintain accuracy in the digital product roadmap, ensuring it reflects current priorities, statuses, and timelines
  • Draft product briefs for new initiatives, outlining the “whys”, relationship to business goals, initial success metrics
  • Draft technical tickets and PRDs to comprehensively document edge cases, back and front-end logic, and functional requirements
  • Collaborate daily with developers, designers, and analysts on execution and delivery of new features
  • Work with your manager and partner teams through the feature development process by surfacing scope questions early, tracking dependencies, and documenting tradeoff decisions so everyone is working from the same plan
  • Recommend primary and secondary KPIs for new features and tests, then measure and report on post-launch performance against them
  • Thoroughly test and QA features and AB tests as they go through the product and development lifecycle
  • Manage end-to-end JIRA backlog activity translating business needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Maintain SCRUM ceremonies to achieve product roadmap timelines and goals
  • Recommend and implement improvements to product operations workflows that make the team faster and more accurate (ie ticket templates, QA checklists, backlog hygiene etc)
  • Resolve day-to-day blockers independently, and bring risks, scope changes, and decisions above your remit to your manager early
