Job summary

Uline, corporate headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, is seeking an Associate Product Manager to own a product category, manage vendor relationships and guide a team of Product Management Analysts. The role focuses on strategic product development, catalog/digital strategies, and driving profitability.

The candidate will collaborate with Purchasing and Creative teams, travel for vendor visits and trade shows, and mentor junior analysts to grow within a stable, well-established company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in Category Management, Supply Chain or Marketing.
• Willingness to travel for trade shows and vendor visits.

Responsibilities

• Own your assigned product category from our extensive catalog of business support products.
• Support new product development by researching and sourcing new products and vendors.
• Visit vendors to understand manufacturing processes and attend trade shows to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Lead vendor negotiations to build successful partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Creative and Purchasing teams to develop effective catalog and digital strategies.
• Make a direct impact in increasing company profitability, product quality and data accuracy.
• Mentor and support Product Management Analysts to foster their growth.
