Job summary

Uline in Wisconsin is seeking an Associate Category Manager to own your product category, manage vendor relationships and guide a team of Product Management Analysts. You will connect market trends with strategic product decisions to drive profitability and catalog effectiveness.

You will travel to trade shows and vendor visits, collaborate with Creative and Purchasing teams, and mentor analysts to grow their skills while strengthening data accuracy and catalog performance across our extensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years of experience in Category Management, Supply Chain or Marketing.
• Willing to travel to trade shows and vendor visits.

Responsibilities

• Own your assigned product category from our extensive catalog of business support products.
• Support new product development by researching and sourcing new products and vendors.
• Visit vendors to understand manufacturing processes and attend trade shows to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Lead vendor negotiations to build successful partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Creative and Purchasing teams to develop effective catalog and digital strategies.
• Make a direct impact in increasing company profitability, product quality and data accuracy.
