Job summary

Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging, seeks an Associate Category Manager in Pleasant Prairie, WI, to own a product line, manage vendor relationships, and guide a team of Product Management Analysts.

You will travel to trade shows, negotiate with vendors, and collaborate with Creative and Purchasing teams to grow profitability and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in Category Management, Supply Chain, or Marketing.
• Willingness to travel for trade shows and vendor visits.

Responsibilities

• Own your assigned product category from our extensive catalog of business support products.
• Support new product development by researching and sourcing new products and vendors.
• Visit vendors to understand manufacturing processes and attend trade shows to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Lead vendor negotiations to build successful partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Creative and Purchasing teams to develop effective catalog and digital strategies.
• Make a direct impact in increasing company profitability, product quality and data accuracy.
