Job summary

Uline is seeking an Associate Product Manager to own a product category within our extensive catalog of business products. You will lead vendor negotiations, support new product development, and guide a team of Product Management Analysts toward strategic success.

Responsibilities include collaborating with Creative and Purchasing to shape catalog and digital strategies, traveling for vendor visits and trade shows, and driving profitability and data accuracy across the line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in Category Management, Supply Chain or Marketing.
• Willingness to travel for trade shows and vendor visits.

Position Responsibilities

• Own your assigned product category from our extensive catalog of business support products.
• Support new product development by researching and sourcing new products and vendors.
• Visit vendors to understand manufacturing processes and attend trade shows to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Lead vendor negotiations to build successful partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Creative and Purchasing teams to develop effective catalog and digital strategies.
• Make a direct impact in increasing company profitability, product quality and data accuracy.
• Mentor and support Product Management Analysts to foster their growth.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience in Category Management, Supply Chain or Marketing.
• Available to travel for trade shows and vendor visits.
