Uline, a family-owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking an Associate Product Manager in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will own your product category, manage vendor relationships, and guide Product Management Analysts to drive profitability and quality.

This role emphasizes strategic thinking, market insight, and cross-functional collaboration with Creative and Purchasing teams to enhance catalog and digital strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in Category Management, Supply Chain or Marketing.
• Willingness to travel for trade shows and vendor visits.

Responsibilities

• Own your assigned product category from our extensive catalog of business support products.
• Support new product development by researching and sourcing new products and vendors.
• Visit vendors to understand manufacturing processes and attend trade shows to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Lead vendor negotiations to build successful partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Creative and Purchasing teams to develop effective catalog and digital strategies.
• Make a direct impact in increasing company profitability, product quality and data accuracy.
• Mentor and support Product Management Analysts to foster their growth.
