Job summary

Uline is seeking an Associate Product Manager to own a leading product category, coordinate with vendors, and mentor Product Management Analysts. This role drives product success and profitability across our extensive catalog of business supplies.

You will collaborate with Creative and Purchasing teams on catalog and digital strategies, travel to trade shows, and help source new products to stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in Category Management, Supply Chain or Marketing.
• Willing to travel for trade shows and vendor visits.

Responsibilities

• Own your assigned product category from our extensive catalog of business support products.
• Support new product development by researching and sourcing new products and vendors.
• Visit vendors to understand manufacturing processes and attend trade shows to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Lead vendor negotiations to build successful partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Creative and Purchasing teams to develop effective catalog and digital strategies.
• Make a direct impact in increasing company profitability, product quality and data accuracy.
• Mentor and support Product Management Analysts to foster their growth.
