Job summary

Uline is seeking an Associate Category Manager to own a product category, manage vendor relationships, and guide Product Management Analysts. The role focuses on strategic product success and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

As a key member, you will drive catalog and digital strategies, lead negotiations, and travel to trade shows to stay ahead of market trends. This is a full-time on-site position with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years of experience in Category Management, Supply Chain or Marketing.
• Able to travel for trade shows and vendor visits.

Responsibilities

• Own your assigned product category from our catalog of business support products.
• Support new product development by researching and sourcing new products and vendors.
• Visit vendors to understand manufacturing processes and attend trade shows to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Lead vendor negotiations to build successful partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Creative and Purchasing teams to develop catalog and digital strategies.
• Make a direct impact in increasing company profitability, product quality and data accuracy.
• Mentor and support Product Management Analysts to foster their growth.
