Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our growing Product Management team. This role supports the Product Manager in overseeing the full lifecycle of our products, from strategic planning and development through commercialization and market success.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration skills, and a keen understanding of product and market dynamics. This position is instrumental in helping achieve business growth objectives through effective product development, market alignment, and channel support.


Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of strategic product plans across both new and existing offerings.
• Support product lifecycle management, including distribution, pricing, and positioning strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation or improvement.
• Contribute to the development and execution of go-to-market strategies.
• Provide technical and commercial support for sales opportunities, including cost and risk analysis.
• Participate in the preparation of project execution budgets and margin forecasts.
• Assist with onboarding and support of distribution and channel partners.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback and market intelligence to inform product direction.
• Support Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) to maintain product competitiveness.
• Participate in New Product Development (NPD) initiatives and related cross-functional efforts.
• Provide support for order entry, internal kick-off meetings, and project coordination.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product marketing, training, and sales enablement materials.
  
  
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a technical sales support role (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; ERP and CRM experience is a plus.
