Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales to support and promote sales efforts.
• Train Regional Sales Managers on market segments and customer data collection.
• Represent HUP at trade shows to stay informed on market trends.
• Develop and execute product strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
• Lead innovation efforts, staying ahead of market trends and customer needs.
• Conduct competitive analysis and refine product strategies.
• Advocate for customers by identifying pain points and driving product innovations.
• Collaborate with Marketing on promotions and campaigns.
• Provide input throughout the New Product Introduction process.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 6-10 years in product management with multi-head weighers.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, or equivalent experience.
• Skills: Strategic vision, data analysis, strong communication, and collaboration.
• Travel: 25-35% annually.
