Zaxbys is seeking an Associate Manager, Restaurant Product to translate vision into actionable roadmaps, collaborating with technology and business stakeholders across the brand to enhance our tech stack and drive sales and customer satisfaction.

This role focuses on administering and supporting the Restaurant Technology stack—Par POS, Olo, Crunchtime, Bite, and related systems—while guiding product lifecycle and partnering with franchisees to ensure compliant, scalable solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 3+ years in technologist roles; 1-2+ years in Product Management, Project Management, or Tech Administration in an enterprise setting.
• Restaurant technology background highly preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and data-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical resource support for cross-functional teams to define system requirements and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, marketing, and sales to define product needs and execute projects.
• Drive product lifecycle management from concept to discontinuation with health and financial reporting.
• Support franchisees with technology implementations while ensuring corporate standards are met.
• Communicate key technology updates and best practices across the organization.

This role’s day-to-day involves the administration of and support of the Zaxbys key platforms and systems that make up the Restaurant Technology stack, inclusive of Par POS, Olo, Crunchtime, Bite, etc.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSEssential duties may include but are not limited to the following:Support and act as a technical resource for cross-functional teams to create, iterate, deploy, and discontinue promotional calendarsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, consisting of engineering, quality, operations, marketing, services and sales, to define product requirements, develop product roadmaps, and execute project plansDrive the product lifecycle management of hardware/software from concept through discontinuation while reporting on health and financial aspects of your solutionDrive continuous product improvement by gathering and analyzing end-user feedback and monitoring product performance to ensure continued success of productsAdminister the day-to-day operations of all key products, inclusive of management of change control, deployment schedulesAct as an escalation point and provide guidance and support to franchisees in the implementation and integration of technology systems, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and guidelines; Regularly communicate to the organization field regarding key technologies, functional improvements, and process best practicesOperate as an escalated support resource for issues related to menu and other configurations for the product portfolioKEY COMPETENCIESKnow-how to take very broad challenges or opportunities and turn them into actionable projects with clear milestones and goals, with minimal guidanceProven track record of cross collaboration to launch innovative and creative solutions in an enterprise organizationExpert partnership management, product management, product marketing, organization, and presentation skillsAnalytically driven and comfortable in various data platforms to answer questions and solve problemsLead and develop a team of leaders to continue to scale the business as needs ariseEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE GUIDELINESEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related fieldExperience: 3+ years in technologist roles, ideally including 1-2+ years of Product Management, Project Management, or Tech Administration experience in an enterprise organization; restaurant technology background highly preferredZaxby’s Franchising LLC is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate in employment decisions based on any factor protected by federal, state, or local law.
