Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in food science, chemistry or related field.
• Experience in product development within a food service/QSR environment preferred.
• Strong collaboration, communication and project-management skills.
• Ability to analyze consumer and operator feedback and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop new products for Dairy Queen with creative and technical aspects.
• Collaborate with suppliers to develop ingredients and troubleshoot production challenges.
• Conduct objective evaluations using analytical and sensory measurements.
• Lead ideation sessions and translate ideas into testable concepts for the brand.
• Build supplier relationships and seek external technical support as needed.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cost-efficient, high-quality product delivery.
