**Role Overview:**
The Anywhere UX team is rapidly growing and evolving, establishing itself as a thought leader in the company. We are seeking an Associate UX Designer to support the design of intuitive, user-centered experiences for our web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and senior designers to learn, grow, and develop your UX skills while helping create exceptional digital experiences.

Responsibilities
  1. User Research Support: Assist the UX research team in conducting user research, synthesizing findings, and gathering insights to inform design decisions. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to understand user behaviors and pain points.
  2. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and user flows. Iterate on designs based on feedback from senior designers, usability testing, and stakeholder input.
  3. UI Design: Work within an existing design system to create visually appealing and consistent user interfaces. Assist in refining and applying UI patterns, typography, and color schemes in alignment with brand and accessibility standards.
  4. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment. Clearly present design ideas and rationale to team members and stakeholders.
  5. Usability Testing & Iteration: Participate in usability testing sessions, observe user interactions, and gather feedback. Collaborate with researchers and designers to refine designs based on usability findings.
  6. Documentation & Design Systems: Maintain design documentation, user flows, and style guides. Contribute to the design system by identifying new patterns and ensuring consistency across products.
  7. Continuous Learning & Growth: Stay informed on UX best practices, emerging trends, and design tools. Seek feedback and mentorship from senior designers to improve skills and professional development.
Qualifications

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design) or equivalent practical experience. Internship experience, academic projects, or relevant coursework in UX design or related fields. A strong portfolio is highly valued.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices. Familiarity with design systems and UI patterns.

Collaboration & Communication Skills: Ability to work with teams, present ideas clearly, and engage in constructive feedback. Enthusiasm for learning, problem-solving, and teamwork. Ability to adapt and apply feedback to improve designs and workflows.

Bonus Skills: Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing. Exposure to HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts. Interest or experience in the real estate industry or related digital products.
