About the Role

We are seeking an Associate UX Designer to join the rapidly growing and evolving UX team at Anywhere Real Estate. In this role, you will support the design team in creating intuitive, user-centered experiences for web and mobile platforms, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to develop your UX skills and contribute to exceptional digital experiences.

Responsibilities

1. User Research Support: Assist in conducting user research, synthesizing findings, and analyzing data to inform design decisions.
2. Wireframing And Prototyping: Create low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes, iterating based on feedback and testing.
3. UI Design: Work within existing design systems to develop visually appealing and consistent interfaces, adhering to brand and accessibility standards.
4. Collaboration & Communication: Work with cross-functional teams, presenting ideas clearly and ensuring design feasibility.
5. Usability Testing & Iteration: Participate in usability testing, gather feedback, and refine designs accordingly.
6. Documentation & Design Systems: Maintain design documentation, user flows, style guides, and contribute to the design system.
7. Continuous Learning & Growth: Stay updated on UX trends and tools, seeking feedback for professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent practical experience.
• Internship, academic projects, or coursework in UX or related fields; portfolio valued.
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
• Understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability.
