We are looking for an Associate UX Designer to join the rapidly growing and evolving UX team at Anywhere Real Estate. In this role, you will support the design team in creating intuitive, user-centered experiences for web and mobile platforms. Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and senior designers, you will learn, grow, and develop your UX skills while helping craft exceptional digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• User Research Support: Assist the UX research team in conducting user research, synthesizing findings, and gathering insights to inform design decisions. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to understand user behaviors and pain points.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and user flows. Iterate designs based on feedback from senior designers, usability testing, and stakeholders.
• UI Design: Work within existing design systems to create visually appealing, consistent user interfaces. Assist in refining UI patterns, typography, and color schemes aligning with brand and accessibility standards.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment. Present design ideas and rationale clearly to team members and stakeholders.
• Usability Testing & Iteration: Participate in usability testing sessions, observe user interactions, and gather feedback. Collaborate to refine designs based on usability findings.
• Documentation & Design Systems: Maintain design documentation, user flows, and style guides. Contribute to the design system by identifying new patterns and ensuring consistency across products.
• Continuous Learning & Growth: Stay informed on UX best practices, emerging trends, and tools. Seek feedback and mentorship from senior designers to improve your skills and professional development.

Qualifications

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience. Internship, academic projects, or coursework in UX or product design. A strong portfolio is highly valued.

Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices. Familiarity with design systems and UI patterns.

Collaboration & Communication Skills: Ability to work well with teams, present ideas clearly, and incorporate feedback. Enthusiasm for learning, problem-solving, and teamwork. Adaptability to feedback to improve designs and workflows.

Bonus Skills: Familiarity with user research methods, usability testing, and exposure to HTML, CSS, front-end development concepts. Interest or experience in real estate or related digital products.
