**Role: Associate UX Designer**

The Anywhere UX team is rapidly growing and establishing itself as a thought leader in the industry. We are seeking an Associate UX Designer to support our design team in creating intuitive, user-centered experiences for web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to develop your UX skills and contribute to exceptional digital experiences.

Responsibilities

1. User Research Support: Assist in conducting user research, synthesizing findings, and gathering insights to inform design decisions. Analyze data to understand user behaviors and pain points.
2. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes. Iterate designs based on feedback and testing.
3. UI Design: Work within existing design systems to create visually appealing and consistent interfaces. Refine UI patterns, typography, and color schemes.
4. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure feasibility and alignment. Present design ideas clearly to stakeholders.
5. Usability Testing & Iteration: Participate in usability testing sessions, gather feedback, and refine designs accordingly.
6. Documentation & Design Systems: Maintain design documentation, user flows, and style guides. Contribute to the design system by identifying new patterns.
7. Continuous Learning & Growth: Stay informed on UX best practices, trends, and tools. Seek feedback and mentorship to improve skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Internship, academic projects, or coursework in UX or product design; portfolio highly valued.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
• Ability to work with teams, present ideas, and incorporate feedback.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end concepts.
• Interest or experience in the real estate industry.
