Associate Product Designer - US Based Remote

Lensa is seeking an Associate UX Designer to join the rapidly growing Anywhere UX team, contributing to innovative real estate technology. The role involves supporting the design team in creating user-centered experiences for web and mobile platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing UX skills.

Responsibilities

1. User Research Support: Assist in conducting user research, analyzing data, and synthesizing insights.
2. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes, iterating based on feedback.
3. UI Design: Work within existing design systems to develop visually consistent interfaces.
4. Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate with product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure design feasibility and clarity.
5. Usability Testing & Iteration: Participate in testing sessions and refine designs accordingly.
6. Documentation & Design Systems: Maintain design documentation and contribute to the design system.
7. Continuous Learning & Growth: Stay updated on UX trends and seek mentorship for professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields like Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or Graphic Design.
• Experience through internships, academic projects, or coursework, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
• Understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability.
• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and openness to feedback.
• Nice-to-have skills include knowledge of user research methods, HTML/CSS, and industry interest.
