We are looking for an Associate UX Designer to join the rapidly growing Anywhere UX team. In this role, you will support the design team in creating intuitive, user-centered experiences for web and mobile platforms, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to develop your UX skills and craft exceptional digital experiences.

Responsibilities

1. User Research Support: Assist in conducting user research, synthesizing findings, and gathering insights to inform design decisions. Analyze data to understand user behaviors and pain points.
2. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes, iterating based on feedback from usability testing and stakeholders.
3. UI Design: Work within existing design systems to develop visually appealing interfaces, refining UI patterns, typography, and color schemes in line with brand and accessibility standards.
4. Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment, presenting ideas and rationales clearly.
5. Usability Testing & Iteration: Participate in usability testing, observe user interactions, and collaborate on design refinements based on feedback.
6. Documentation & Design Systems: Maintain design documentation, user flows, and style guides; contribute to evolving the design system by identifying new patterns.
7. Continuous Learning & Growth: Stay updated on UX trends and tools; seek mentorship and feedback to enhance your skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Internship, academic projects, or coursework in UX or product design; a strong portfolio is highly valued.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
• Understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
• Strong teamwork, presentation, and feedback skills; enthusiasm for learning and problem-solving.
• Bonus: familiarity with user research, usability testing, HTML/CSS, and interest in real estate industry.
