Toast is seeking an Associate Product Designer with a strong portfolio to shape payroll and team management systems, delivering exceptional execution and UI design to simplify payroll-task flows.

You will join a team of designers, product managers, and engineers to turn payroll complexity into intuitive experiences, covering onboarding, payroll readiness, issue resolution, reporting, and compliance. The remote US team collaborates with the Boston hybrid office.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering designs grounded in a design system.
• Ability to process feedback and iterate on UI
• Team collaboration with designers, product managers and engineers.

Responsabilités

• Onboard businesses and employees to payroll readiness.
• Review shifts and labor costs before payroll processing.
• Explain payroll reports, taxes, deductions and payments.
• Process payroll accurately while maintaining compliance.
