Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) seeks an Associate Procurement Agent (Level 2) to join the T-7A Red Hawk Supply Chain Team in Berkeley, Missouri. This 1st shift, onsite role requires evaluating demand/supply and negotiating contracts with suppliers.

Preferred candidates hold a bachelor’s degree or higher and have >1 year in supplier management, contract negotiations, or supplier performance, with relocation not negotiated.

Position Responsibilities

• Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply
• Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements
• Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements
• Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• More than 1 year of experience in supplier management or supply chain management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• More than 1 year of experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance
• More than 1 year of experience negotiating directly with suppliers

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range: $69,700 - $86,100
