The Boeing Company in Missouri seeks an Associate Procurement Agent (Level 2) to join the T-7A Red Hawk Supply Chain Team in Berkeley, Missouri.

You will perform demand and supply analysis, support sourcing strategies, and manage supplier performance while ensuring contract compliance. This role is 100% onsite with a first shift, requiring U.S. citizenship and eligibility for clearance.

Associate Procurement Agent

Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Procurement Agent (Level 2) to join our T-7A Red Hawk Supply Chain Team in Berkeley, Missouri.

Position Responsibilities

• Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply
• Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements
• Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements
• Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance
• This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
• Shift: This position is for 1st shift.
• This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)

Basic Qualifications

• More than 1 year of experience in supplier management or supply chain management

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• More than 1 year of experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance
• More than 1 year of experience negotiating directly with suppliers

Typical Education/Experience

Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range: $69,700 - $86,100
