Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an Associate ProAssure Systems Specialist to support the Vocera Smartbadge solution on-site in California. You will train nurses and clinicians, manage databases and devices, and resolve end-user issues to ensure device reliability and data integrity.

You will work with clinical staff, IT and Vocera Support to document processes, conduct trainings for new hires and refreshers, and maintain clear status updates in the case management system. Travel is about 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business or IT (or 6+ years relevant experience).
• Minimum 2 years clinical or healthcare IT experience.
• U.S. Citizen required.

Work Flexibility: Onsite As an Associate ProAssure Systems Specialist, you will support the implementation and administration of Stryker’s Vocera Smartbadge solution. You will be the go‑to resource for nurses and clinicians at the customer site to train them on our hands‑free communication product. Your workflow knowledge, people skills and troubleshooting ability help us deliver on Stryker’s mission, to make healthcare better. This role will be based at the primary location: 10535 Hospital Way Mather, California 95655

What you will do:

• You will manage multiple Vocera databases; Establish and document processes for maintaining data integrity and work with clinical departments to keep various database entities current
• Manage Vocera servers including software updates, OS maintenance, backups, and collaborate with the customer on anti-virus, server monitoring and disaster recovery practices
• You will manage Vocera devices: Maintain accurate inventory records, manage the RMA process and spares pool and document all processes
• Train users to use Vocera effectively; collaborate with the customer to establish, document, and deploy sustainable training processes for new hires, current employees, and refresher training
• You will provide on‑site support for reporting and resolving end user issues, including issues with Vocera equipment, database and training and answer end user questions
• Provide on‑site support for troubleshooting, resolving, and reporting technical issues to the appropriate support organization and collaborate with Vocera Technical Support and customer’s support organization to resolve technical issues
• Maintain clear documentation on status and resolution of issues using Vocera’s chosen case management software
• Collaborate with the customer to develop and administer end user satisfaction programs, including regular end user satisfaction surveys, per the customer’s guidelines

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree required, preference for relevant degree in Nursing, Business or IT.
• or an additional 6+ years relevant work experience.
• Minimum 2 years clinical or healthcare IT (HIT) experience required.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Preferred: Demonstrated success in delivering excellent customer support.
• Prior experience supporting clinical end users through rounding and training.
• Demonstrated success working with physician and nursing staff.
• Experience with clinical workflow analysis and design.
• Experience with Cisco wireless networks and equipment.

• USN: $77,700 - $129,500 USD Annual
• US5: $81,600 - $136,000 USD Annual
• US10: $85,500 - $142,500 USD Annual
• US15: $89,400 - $148,900 USD Annual
• US20: $93,200 - $155,400 USD Annual
• US30: $101,000 - $168,400 USD Annual

Work Flexibility Remote – Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location.

Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based.

Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category.

Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
