Job Description

Must have Skills:

• SAP Activate Methodology (Expert level)
• S4HANA end-to-end implementation experience (minimum 1-2 projects), including Greenfield S4HANA Public Cloud or S4HANA Private Cloud implementations

Good to Have Skills:

• SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud/On-Premises (capable)
• SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (capable)

Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP projects from initiation through evaluation, preparation, blueprinting, realization, testing, go-live, and support, ensuring successful implementation aligned with business goals.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including work breakdown structures, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders, and document these in the Statement of Work (SOW).
• Oversee project execution, monitor progress, manage budgets, and ensure quality standards.
• Assign tasks, guide project teams, and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, internal teams, and vendors, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Manage risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Implement change management strategies for smooth transitions and adoption.
• Ensure SAP best practices and standards are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain knowledge of SAP modules, systems, and business processes to align solutions with organizational goals.
• Stay updated on SAP innovations and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Preferred certifications include PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL.
