Job Description

Role: Salesforce Project Manager

Location: USA (100% remote)

Duration: 6 Months C2H

Experience Required: 10-15 Years

Experience:

• 10+ years managing projects with a successful track record of delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Jira).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; develop detailed plans, timelines, and schedules; ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead and manage project teams; assign resources; foster collaboration.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks; develop mitigation plans; track and resolve issues; conduct risk assessments.
• Budget & Resource Management: Manage budgets; forecast and allocate resources; report financials.
• Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: Serve as main contact; provide updates; facilitate meetings and documentation.
• Quality Assurance & Monitoring: Ensure quality standards; track progress; conduct post-project evaluations.
