Job Description
The ideal candidate should have a total experience of 11+ years with strong expertise in Salesforce project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing detailed project plans, defining scope, allocating resources, and tracking progress.
- Collaborating with stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and end-users, to gather requirements and define project goals.
- Overseeing project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ensuring Salesforce solutions adhere to best practices, compliance, and security standards.
- Managing project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder reporting on progress and risks.
- Facilitating effective communication between teams, vendors, and clients.
- Driving Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives.
- Providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams and Salesforce developers.
- Conducting post-project evaluations to enhance future implementations.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Proven leadership of cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling Nagarro's offerings.
Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
