Joseph’s Classic Market is seeking an Associate in Prepared Foods in Boca Raton, FL. You will help guests choose prepared foods, maintain freshness, and present high-quality meals with friendly, knowledgeable service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by offering product knowledge, answering questions, and making personalized suggestions.
• Maintain product freshness through regular rotation and quality checks.
• Restock and rotate displays to ensure visual appeal and freshness.
• Prepare salads and pack out soups, pastas, sauces, and other prepared foods.
• Plate, package, and present items to meet Joseph’s quality and appearance standards.
• Accurately package, label, and price self‑service items.
• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
• Operate basic counter equipment, including scales, knives, and other counter equipment.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned.

Physical & Work Environment

A Prepared Foods Associate works primarily within the Prepared Foods department. This role involves walking and standing for extended periods and lifting products weighing up to 50 pounds.
