Joseph’s Classic Market in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Prep Cook to support food preparation and presentation in our gourmet market. You’ll follow recipes, maintain freshness, and ensure items are plated attractively while upholding our quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute Joseph’s recipes for proteins, vegetables, starches, and other menu items
• Maintain Joseph’s standards for product freshness and sanitation
• Ensure all items are plated, packaged, and presented according to Joseph's quality and appearance standards
• Replenish, rotate, and maintain products and display cases
• Operate knives, ovens, stoves, grills, scales, wrapping machines, and other Kitchen equipment
• Assist with other tasks as assigned

Physical & Work Environment

A Kitchen Prep Cook works primarily in the Kitchen department. This role involves walking and standing for extended periods, lifting and moving products weighing up to 80 pounds, and working in both preparation rooms and refrigerated coolers. You will be exposed to varying temperatures and work environments throughout the day. Frequent interaction with fellow team members is an essential part of the role.
