Job Responsibilities

• Lawyer in Good Standing to practice law in Illinois state
• 5+ years of pre-litigation experience ideally in personal injury cases
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures pertaining to personal injury cases
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to effectively interpret and apply legal precedents, statutes, and regulations
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
