Job summary

Salas O’Brien, Inc. in Hawaii seeks an Associate Project Manager to support Navy N9 unaccompanied housing and barracks planning, program execution, and policy analysis.

You’ll coordinate with Navy leadership, installation personnel, and stakeholders to develop analyses, recommendations, and actionable strategies that meet mission requirements and housing standards. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in unaccompanied housing, barracks, military facilities, installation planning, or related housing programs.
• Preferred experience with Navy or DoD clients.
• Strong writing, planning, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct program and project support to the Navy N9 for unaccompanied housing and barracks initiatives.
• Support assessments of barracks assets, including facility condition and usage.
• Facilitate meetings with Navy leadership and stakeholders to advance housing program objectives.
• Prepare reports, briefings, and executive-level deliverables.
• Travel approximately 20% of the work month.
• Ensure timelines, scope, and budget objectives are met.
