Job summary

Getinge seeks an Associate Product Manager in Waltham, MA to lead the technical architecture for the next generation of its digital portfolio within Paragonix technologies, with a focus on healthtech products that improve donor organ outcomes.

You will collaborate with product managers, software developers, engineering teams, and UX designers to translate user needs into technical requirements for mobile and web platforms, and contribute to digital health innovations in a fast-paced, matrixed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in technical product management.
Experience with digital health or mobile/web apps.
Experience with agile development tools (Linear, JIRA, Figma).
Healthcare data and interoperability knowledge.

Responsibilities

Translate customer requirements into an architectural vision for the digital portfolio.
Serve as technical liaison between product and engineering teams.
Define technical requirements for integration across offerings.
Convert business needs into functional specifications and user-friendly applications.
Identify opportunities to enhance process efficiency and system functionality.
Leverage data sources to identify user behavior and business insights.
Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on needs.
Stay updated on digital health trends and mobile/web solutions.
Partner with UX designers to ensure user-centric solutions.
Participate in feedback sessions to understand customer needs.
Work with legal and compliance teams to address risks.
