Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking an Associate Planner – Temp to support the VP of Planning with daily and weekly reporting and analysis for the Wholesale Accessories business. This on-site NYC role requires working in our office.

The position offers a base salary of $80,000–$85,000 and a benefits package including health, dental, life and disability insurance, 401K, paid holidays and generous PTO. You will assist with sales data, stock data, retailer recaps, and multiple projects with deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in planning or related field is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Specifically Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Help obtain and organize weekly retail sales.
• Help obtain stock data for weekly review.
• Assist in completing retailer selling recaps.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

The Associate Planner – Temp is responsible for supporting the VP of Planning with daily and weekly reporting and analysis. This position supports the Wholesale Accessories business. The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role. This position is based in our NYC office and requires working on-site.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $80,000-$85,000. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
