Job summary

Mashburn, Atlanta-based, seeks an Associate Planner to join the planning and merchandising teams in a fast-paced environment. You will develop replenishment forecasts, manage receipts, and analyze sales and inventory data to optimize stock and profitability.

The role emphasizes collaboration with merchandising, production, and allocation teams, driving monthly OTB planning and achieving DTC sales plans. Onsite at the Atlanta HQ.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of retail planning experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis/reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, Oracle, etc.)
• Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners
• Can effectively manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities
• Is a motivated, resourceful problem-solver and team player with a "no task is too small" attitude
• Approaches situations with positivity, flexibility, and creativity, even under pressure with tight deadlines

WHAT IS THE JOB?
Associate Planner works with the Mashburn planning and merchandising teams by conducting sales and inventory planning, receipt management, and ad hoc reporting by classification and season. This position is dynamic and fast-paced and requires forging trusted cross-functional partnerships. This position reports toa Plannerand is a full-time, non-exempt role based in Atlanta.
