The Associate Payroll Specialist has a full range of payroll responsibilities, including learning and understanding end-to-end payroll processing and providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. As the Associate Payroll Specialist, you will follow documented processes to execute multistate payroll with multiple frequencies (including monthly, semimonthly, and biweekly). This person will learn and grow in responsibility for payroll transactions, tax audits, software maintenance and innovation, and other general tax law research under the guidance of manager and senior specialists on the team. This role maintains all federal, state, and local tax profiles within enterprise systems, documents all processes for compliance, and displays professionalism in all payroll related matters. This person will be highly collaborative and an exceptional team player.
