Optum in Chandler, AZ is seeking a motivated Customer Service Associate to handle inquiries, assist members, and support the care team with accurate information. The role requires basic MS Office/Excel skills and a willingness to learn EMR workflows.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30AM–4:30PM. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $29.00 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits. High school diploma and 6+ months of customer service experience are required, with opportunities for growth within UnitedHealth Group.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Applies knowledge/skills to activities that often vary from day to day.

• Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet agreed upon deadlines.
• Works with others as part of a team. Assist co-workers and team members with duties when requested, to include but not limited to, floating to other areas
• Supervision/guidance is required for higher level tasks.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 6+ months of customer service experience
• Beginner level of experience MS Office and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous EMR experience
• Previous healthcare experience
