Job summary

Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary is looking for a full-time Associate Pastor of Administration. The successful candidate will oversee the administrative operations of the church and spiritually shepherd the English members and ministries. This vital role is essential for maintaining unity in a trilingual and tri-congregational environment.

The ideal candidate should possess a Master of Divinity and at least 3 years of full-time ministry experience, alongside strong administrative and communication skills. Compensation includes a full-time salary, paid vacation, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must meet the biblical qualifications for an overseer/elder as described in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9.
• 3+ years of full-time ministry preferred.
• Be affirmed as such by church’s elders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the church’s administrative operations.
• Manage the church’s finances with the Treasurer.
• Shepherd the English congregation through teaching and counseling.
