Simpson Strong-Tie is seeking an Associate Painter in McKinney, TX. Responsibilities include loading/unloading paint line products, supporting powder coat operators, and performing quality inspections of painted parts. The role requires following safety procedures and paperwork per procedures defined.
Shift is 2nd with hours Mon-Thu 4:25PM-2:55AM and a $2.50 shift differential. A forklift certification is required, with HS diploma or GED preferred and powder coating experience beneficial.

The Associate Painter is responsible for the loading and unloading of paint line products and materials and supporting the powder coat operators. This position is also responsible for quality inspections of products, checking millage thickness on product and titrations of chemicals.
** 2nd Shift Hours are Mon - Thu 4:25PM - 2:55AM. You will receive a $2.50 shift differential for every hour worked. **

The job may risk exposure to heat and/or cold, loud noise levels, vibration, and moving mechanical parts.
