The Associate or Counsel-level Transactional Attorney will work on a full-time, on-site basis with a prominent Ai-native law firm in the New York City Metropolitan Area. Day-to-day responsibilities include working with on-site Ai-technicians in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other transactional documents, such as purchase agreements, service agreements, and corporate governance materials. The role involves conducting legal research, performing due diligence on transactions, and assisting with deal structuring to support clients’ business objectives while managing risk. The attorney will collaborate with Ai-technicians, senior lawyers, clients, and cross-functional teams, prepare correspondence and memoranda, and help manage transaction timelines and closing checklists. This position also includes staying current with relevant laws and regulations affecting corporate and commercial transactions.
