The role requires Doctor of Optometry, state licensure, and a commitment to ongoing education, with a focus on patient relationships, accurate diagnoses, and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry and commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.
• Strong communicator & listener; problem solving ability.
• Solid organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Executes clinical protocols delivering the highest quality Optometric care.
• Collaborates with MOD and store team to achieve KPI targets.
• Maintains licensure and continuing education requirements.
