Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Optometry (OD) from accredited optometry school.
• Licensed optometrist in good standing in state of practice.

• Evaluate patients and perform comprehensive eye exams.
• Fit eyeglasses and contact lenses and coordinate referrals when needed.
