Pearle Vision Hanover, PA, is seeking an Associate Optometrist to provide high quality eye care at a Pearle Vision location operated by a Licensed Operator. You may be employed or independent, with compensation and hours negotiated with the operator.

The role involves delivering patient-centered eye care within Pearle Vision standards. As part of Luxottica Retail North America, the position emphasizes professional service, adherence to clinical protocols, and collaboration with local store teams

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the state of practice location.
• DPA and TPA certified.
• Knowledge of current optometric technology and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish a positive doctor/patient relationship.
• Conduct all services per clinical protocols and accepted standards of care.
• Ensure patients receive accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Deliver excellent patient/customer service through the Pearle Vision experience.
• Collaborate with store team and brand leadership to ensure a safe, motivating work environment.
• Maintain office quality systems.
