Job summary

Pearle Vision Licensed Operator is seeking an Optometrist to provide high quality eye care at a Pearle Vision location. The role may be Employed or Independent depending on the Operator, with pay structure and hours negotiated directly.

You will deliver comprehensive eye exams, diagnose and manage conditions, and support patient relationships within a trusted Pearle Vision practice across a franchise network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited optometry school.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the practice location state.
• DPA and TPA certified.
• Knowledge of current optometric technology and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish a positive Doctor/Patient relationship.
• Conduct services per clinical protocols and standards of care.
• Ensure patients receive accurate diagnosis and recommendations.
• Deliver excellent patient service through Pearle Vision experience.
• Collaborate with License Operators and brand leadership to maintain a safe, motivating work environment.
• Maintain office quality systems.
• Support Pearle Vision as a leading optical provider in the community.
