Job summary

Pearle Vision, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a licensed Optometrist to provide high-quality care at a Pearle Vision location in Hanover, PA. The terms of employment or independent practice, pay structure, benefits and hours are negotiated directly with the Licensed Operator.

Qualifications

• OD degree from accredited school and state license to practice optometry.
• Current DPA/TPA certification or equivalent qualifications.
• Knowledge of current optometric technology and practices.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the state of practice location.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish a positive doctor/patient relationship.
• Conduct services in accordance with clinical protocols and standards.
• Ensure accurate diagnoses and appropriate recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional patient care within the Pearle Vision experience.
• Collaborate with license operator store team and brand leadership to foster a safe, motivating environment.
