Dow is seeking an Associate Operator for the Ardmore, OK site. You will operate assigned equipment, monitor process conditions, and perform tasks to ensure safe, high-quality production.

The role includes field checks, troubleshooting, and participation in safety and process improvement initiatives. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, be able to work a rotating 8-hour shift, and be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed.
• 8-hour rotating shift schedule; rotations last 4 weeks.
• U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Follow Operating Discipline to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Operate and field check process equipment and monitor conditions.
• Perform tasks per Master Task List and site procedures.
• Ensure activities align with plant and business goals.
• Use troubleshooting skills to resolve process and safety issues.
• Initiate and participate in Root Cause Investigations as needed.
• Coach and train others on plant operations.
• Respond to incidents per Immediate Response Leader guidance.
• Document procedures and complete checklists accurately.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
